Well they say third time’s a charm, so that’s what we’re going with here at Gateau on Main. We had an emergency with our pastry chef and felt it best to temporarily close than to try and give you something sub-par. We’ve cleared that hurdle and are working to train more chefs. Our pastry chef hadn’t quite gotten that far before she needed to step away. I know how frustrating this has been as a customer, but we all hope you will stay with us. We’re working on a “thank you” for you when we open back up on the 5th. Check back for details.
